Down to earth doulaing means I keep things simple. I’m a "what you see is what you get" kind of person. Someone to care for your needs while you redirect your energy to the constant care of your newborn. 

I provide support, guidance, reassurance, resources, and referrals for your newborn care, infant feeding, and all postpartum needs. The only granola I ascribe to is what I put on my yogurt. I offer comforting, accessible, down to earth, crystal-free care. 

I provide non-judgmental care -- it is not my place to tell you how to parent. I firmly believe that the best way to support you is to support your parenting choices. 

I'm there to give you support, stress relief, encouragement, resources, and guidance in order for you to become the expert on your baby.
